The Learning Tree is an academically focused after school program that fosters literacy in math and science through engaging grade appropriate STEM and STEAM activities. 

Our organization has been a vetted partner of DCPS since 2008, and is operated by a dedicated staff, experienced managers and board members who are either current or former DCPS teachers and administrators. Our goal is to continue the implementation of the standards, as well as the instructional and socio-emotional goals for students which have been established by the Chancellor of the District of Columbia Public Schools.

Parents can feel comfortable knowing their children are interacting with their peers in an enriching, innovative, and emotionally safe setting that sparks learning in young people across the DC area.
